Not that you guys would be interested in a high mileage, 6-speed, all-wheel-drive, boosted German sports saloon.

Its been nearly 10 years since I first brought home the big banana, and to buck the common assumption, this car has been amazingly reliable. Its only stranded me once when I lost the engine position sensor.
But alas, I have too many cars and one must go. She’s not much to look at since I’ve spent the whole budget keeping her running. Hopefully my asking price is too high and she will never sell. Wish me luck.

Oh hey you’re by me
$500, final offer
Seriously, that does look nice though. It’s at the mileage I usually buy cars at, but alas, I already have three cars, all of which are broken at the moment.

Great car. I had a 2001 S4 as well. That thing was so much fun to drive.
The 2.7L engine was always a bit weird, but it pushed out some power for its size.

My mother had this exact car for years. She called it Lilly, and besides suspension bushings and ball joints, it was surprisingly trouble free. When she had a spinal fusion she could no longer drive stick. She traded it on a 2015 Mazda 3 touring with auto. It had 240K miles on it. She cried when she handed over the keys.

If I had the money and time I totally would. So nostalgic. When I was in high school and learning to drive in 2012-13 my dad bought a yellow one that was auto just like it when looking for cars for me (I got to drive his 06 A3 3.2 which was like heaven for 16 year old me, it was way way nicer of a car than I could’ve imagined or probably deserved lol). It was a blast but a manual would be dope, and old German cars are my favorite.
The first time i drove the s4 I got pulled over driving too slowly past the narberth police station because of the tint on the windows. I pleaded that it wasn’t my car but my dads lol, And luckily he let me off

If this is still available in a couple of months, I’d be interested.
